There is no doubt that the global research community is experiencing varying degrees of operational disruptions due to the spread of COVID-19. Our team continues to be diligent in the implementation of safe and hygienic practices in order to minimise disruption to our operations.

Our manufacturing capacity continues to remain unaffected and we are taking every measure to ensure a safe and reliable continuation of production at our facility in Melbourne, Australia. As always, our team is available to support you and can be contacted for a quote here.

Shipping timeframes
We are not currently experiencing any unusual shipping delays, however, please allow additional lead time in your ordering behaviour for possible interruptions to global delivery services. In the meantime, we are continuing to follow updates from our logistics partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and in a timely manner.

Is my shipment safe?
According to the World Health Organisation, it is currently considered very unlikely that COVID-19 would be transmitted through package delivery. That said, please take all of the precautions you consider necessary when receiving your order.
