midiaPASEF maximizes information content in data-independent acquisition proteomics

A recent study using IonOpticks Aurora Series Columns proposes midiaPASEF, a method that improves the performance of data-independent acquisition proteomics. By analyzing peptide ions in a rapid serial manner, midiaPASEF increases the number of identified peptides and proteins with high accuracy. The results demonstrate that midiaPASEF outperforms previous approaches in terms of the number of peptides and proteins detected, making it an efficient and reliable method for proteomic analysis.

The research highlights the efficiency of the IonOpticks Aurora Ultimate 25cm column in achieving efficient and reliable method for proteomic analysis.
