Following the announcement of its new UK-based facility, IonOpticks today announces a further expansion of its global presence, with strengthened operations and customer support across the United States.

The expansion improves access to IonOpticks’ advanced chromatography solutions through in-country stock, faster fulfilment, North America-based applications support and dedicated regional commercial expertise. With local stock now warehoused in Pennsylvania and available for immediate shipment directly to customers across the country, deliveries that once took weeks can now arrive in days. For researchers, this means less time waiting for critical tools, fewer disruptions to planned experiments and greater confidence that the products they need will be available when their work demands them.

US customers will also benefit from simplified ordering and the removal of many of the customs processes historically associated with international supply. IonOpticks will take care of import duties, helping create a more seamless purchasing experience for customers and procurement teams. With a stronger operational presence in the US, IonOpticks can also more easily integrate into institutional procurement systems, reducing administrative barriers to adoption.

The expansion is designed to make IonOpticks easier to do business with than ever before and reflects a broader commitment to supporting researchers beyond the point of purchase. Customers can now gain fast access to local experts who understand their workflows and can provide timely support throughout the lifecycle of their research.

Customers across North America already have access to Zac Anderson, Sales Director, Americas, and Haley Oller, Field Application Specialist. Together, they provide in-region commercial guidance, technical expertise and application support to help customers select the right IonOpticks products, optimise workflows and get the most from their instruments.

As part of this expanded North American focus, IonOpticks is also pleased to introduce Craig Bury who joins the company as a Business Development Partner for North America. Craig will support customers across the West Coast, working closely with researchers, procurement teams and institutions to simplify ordering, improve access to IonOpticks products and help laboratories adopt advanced chromatography solutions that support greater research capability.

Craig brings deep experience across proteomics, mass spectrometry and customer-facing scientific support, helping laboratories identify the right chromatography solutions for their workflows. His appointment strengthens IonOpticks’ West Coast presence and complements the company’s existing commercial and application support in North America.
