IonOpticks at IMSC 2024, Melbourne
August 17, 2024 @ 8:00 am – August 23, 2024 @ 5:00 pm
Venue
Thanks for having us, IMSC.
We’re back at IonOpticks Headquarters in Melbourne, after IMSC 2024 on home soil.
Thank you to the International Mass Spectrometry Conference for being great hosts and putting on such an incredible event in our home town of Melbourne.
It’s nice to dive straight into follow-ups and new collaborations without battling travel fatigue. The perks of a hometown conference keep on giving! To everyone who visited Melbourne, it’s been a pleasure catching up, showing you around, and we hope you made the most of both the conference and your stay.
Thank you to the IMSC 2024 event organizers for a superb event that also gave researchers from around the world a taste of Australia. Without a new city to explore and a long flight back home, it feels like something’s missing, but it’ll be our turn to travel again for the next conference: HUPO 2024 in Dresden, Germany.

In addition, we also had a significant presence across the week with poster presentations, two power talks on the Innovation Stage in the exhibition hall, and of course – our second User Appreciation Event for 2024 which included speaking engagements from prominent experts in the field of LC-MS and proteomics.
