IonOpticks will be hosting its next ‘Peaks and Pints’ social on Friday 6 February, 6–9pm, and delegates are warmly invited to join an informal evening of conversation, connection, and great science.

‘Peaks and Pints’ brings together the proteomics community in a relaxed setting, where sharp peaks meet cold drinks and conversations flow freely. It’s a chance to unwind after a full day of talks, connect with peers from across the field, and exchange ideas with fellow mass spectrometry minds.

To ensure a great experience for all attendees, places are strictly limited. This invitation provides the opportunity to reserve a spot ahead of capacity, guaranteeing access to what promises to be a standout social event during the Lorne Symposium.

WHAT TO EXPECT

IonOpticks’ Peaks and Pints is a global, roving event series designed to bring researchers together in a relaxed, social setting. Hosted across Europe, North America, APAC and beyond, Peaks and Pints offers the chance to connect with fellow scientists, IonOpticks users, and our team over drinks and light food – on us.

Whether you’re troubleshooting separations, exploring new workflows, or simply curious about what other labs are working on, Peaks and Pints creates space to share insights, spark ideas, and build meaningful connections. Events are hosted across a mix of premium hospitality venues as well as research institutions, universities, and pharma auditoriums, creating familiar and engaging environments wherever we go.

Each event is fully catered and intentionally relaxed in atmosphere. Some Peaks and Pints gatherings are purely social, focused on networking and conversation, while others are more structured – featuring keynote presentations from real-world users, shared data and social proof of the technology, and opportunities for hands-on experience.
