With Lorne Proteomics 2024 over, we can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia as we bid farewell to another successful gathering. With a different location on the horizon for next year, we reflect on the incredible experiences and insights shared during our time together in Lorne, Victoria.

This year has been marked by remarkable strides in the field of proteomics, and we are grateful to for the vibrant discussions and exchanges that took place. The feedback and engagement received was invaluable, inspiring us to continue pushing the boundaries of discovery.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Australasian Proteomics Society and our esteemed industry peers for their unwavering support and collaboration in making this event a resounding success. Special recognition goes to Laura Dagley, James A. Broadbent, and the entire organizing committee for their tireless efforts and dedication in bringing this four-day think tank to fruition.

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce that Lorne Proteomics will be heading to far North Queensland in 2025 for its next evolution. We’re excited for a balmy trip filled with new insights, connections, and opportunities to drive progress in our field.
