Aurora Rapid® 5×75 with CoreJet™ integrated emitter technology delivers high-throughput analysis of single cells, achieving extreme sensitivity using short gradients. The shortest column in the Aurora Series® range, the Rapid 5×75 is built for laboratories running high sample numbers on limited material. CoreJet™ integrated emitter technology removes post-column dead volume entirely, preserving peak shape and sensitivity even as gradients compress. The result is speed without the usual sensitivity penalty. Retention times stay reproducible across large sample cohorts, and nanoZero® plug-and-play connections keep setup and troubleshooting simple, so instrument time goes to data rather than to hardware. Ideal for single-cell proteomics, targeted panels and large-scale screening where throughput is the limiting factor.

A dilution series of a HeLa tryptic digest was separated on an Aurora Rapid® 5×75 column using an Evosep One and Bruker timsTOF SCP (dia-PASEF) with an 80 samples per day method (currently under development), n = 6. Data courtesy of Dr Christoph Krisp (Bruker), Dorte Bekker-Jensen and Dr Nicolai Bache (Evosep). For peak widths, a HeLa tryptic digest (1 ng) was separated on an Aurora Rapid® 5×75 column using a Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo UHPLC and TSQ Quantis across a 15 min sample gradient at 100 nL/min. Extracted ion chromatograms for seven selected peptides are shown, with the average Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM, seconds) for each peptide across 30 runs displayed above each peak.
