Based in North America, Zac brings over eight years of biotechnology industry experience. His background combines scientific expertise with business acumen, including extensive work with mass spectrometry vendors and research laboratories.

His specialisations in discovery proteomics, quantitative proteomics, antibody sequencing, and immunopeptidomics position him ideally to support the North American research community. Anderson holds Science degrees from the University of Guelph, complemented by studies in Business and Administration.

Britta Diedrich, Senior Business Development Manager for Europe at IonOpticks brings, a strong foundation in both science and industry, dedicated to supporting researchers in achieving their goals. Trained as a biological technician before earning her PhD in proteomics at the University of Freiburg, she understands the challenges scientists face at the bench and brings first-hand insight into how advanced LC-MS solutions can accelerate discovery.

During her five and a half years at Agilent Technologies, Britta partnered with customers across applied markets, academia, and the private sector to implement LC/MS instrumentation for small molecule applications. She built long-term relationships by translating complex technology into practical solutions, ensuring laboratories could maximise the value of their systems and workflows.

Most recently, at Evosep, she spent more than three years helping researchers adopt the Evosep One platform and consumables to simplify and scale their proteomics workflows. At IonOpticks, Britta continues this customer-first approach, working closely with scientists to connect their needs with innovative column technologies that deliver impact in proteomics research.

Fabrice leads IonOpticks’ distribution strategy across the APACI and MEA regions, bringing more than a decade of experience in channel management and commercial leadership across some of the world’s most diverse markets including China, India, Singapore, and Japan.

With a background spanning diagnostics, genomics, and molecular biology, Fabrice offers a unique blend of technical fluency and strategic insight. His ability to bridge commercial and technical teams ensures that IonOpticks’ distributors are not only aligned on sales strategy but also empowered to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Fabrice has a strong track record of driving partner performance, improving profitability, and navigating complex post-restructuring business environments. Conversational in Japanese and attuned to the cultural nuances of the APACI region, he excels at fostering inclusive, cross-functional collaborations.

With an Executive MBA and an MPhil in Genetics under his belt, Fabrice combines scientific literacy with business acumen to help scale IonOpticks’ global footprint with precision and impact.

Joris Frenz, Business Development Manager for Europe, holds a deep passion for supporting researchers and advancing proteomics through innovative analytical solutions. With a BSc and MSc in Biochemistry and a PhD from the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg, where he studied the proteogenomics of osteosarcoma using LC-MS-based proteomics, he brings an immense scientific background that helps him understand the challenges scientists face in their work.

He first gained customer-facing experience as a Field Marketing Representative at Proteintech during his PhD, where he built valuable connections with the scientific community. He then broadened his expertise as a Data Analyst at Picea Biosolutions, helping to optimise the production of high-purity proteins and complex mixtures – experience that sharpened his ability to translate technical complexity into practical solutions for researchers.

With more than a decade of academic and political representation roles, Joris is skilled in building relationships, listening to diverse perspectives, and creating opportunities for collaboration. At IonOpticks, he is committed to partnering with scientists across Europe, ensuring they have the right tools and support to maximise the impact of their research.

Haley brings over a decade of experience as a client-facing mass spectrometry specialist and scientific project manager, with deep expertise spanning proteomic and biologic characterisation programs from early discovery through IND filing and post–Phase III clinical trials. With a strong reputation for precision, technical rigor, and cross-functional leadership, Haley combines advanced scientific capability with strategic project oversight to deliver high-impact outcomes.

She holds an Associate of Arts in Biology from Bard College, a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Northeastern University. Her career spans academia, industry, and CRO environments, with roles at leading institutions including Harvard Medical School, Pfizer, and Biognosys. Across these positions, she has managed mass spectrometry platforms, developed advanced proteomic workflows, and contributed to regulatory submissions and peer-reviewed research.

A prolific contributor to the scientific community, Haley has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and conference abstracts across proteomics, therapeutic development, and translational research. Her work reflects a sustained commitment to advancing the application of mass spectrometry in both discovery and clinical settings. In her role at IonOpticks, she supports researchers with deep technical expertise and a focus on enabling high-quality, reproducible scientific outcomes.
