WEEE Information

IonOpticks customers can request the return of old electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with WEEE compliance procedures.

Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), specifically Business-to-Business (B2B) equipment, which is used in professional or commercial settings, should not be disposed of at municipal collection centers.

IonOpticks provides a sustainable solution for our customers in Germany by offering a free return service for their B2B WEEE originally purchased from us. This initiative aims to ensure the responsible recycling, reuse, and environmentally conscious disposal of these products.

To facilitate the return of old B2B equipment, please fill out the WEEE return form provided by our service partner, 1cc GmbH, located at Max-Eyth-Str. 35, D-71088 Holzgerlingen. Once completed, email it to admin@ionopticks.com with the subject line "WEEE B2B Take-Back for IonOpticks."

IonOpticks offers a standard service of on-site pickup for your convenience.
